Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within three (3) to five (5) business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and high-volume sales periods. Once an order has been processed and shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping times provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Responsibility

Nine N Half is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or any other shipping carrier, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, operational interruptions, customs delays, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes full responsibility for the delivery of the package.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, marked as delivered, delayed, or damaged by the shipping carrier. Customers must contact the carrier directly to file any claims related to shipping issues.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is provided by the customer and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again before the order can be reshipped.

Nine N Half is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Order Issues & Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender for any reason outside of our control, shipping fees are non-refundable and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or violations of our store policies.

Limitation of Liability

By placing an order with Nine N Half, the customer acknowledges and agrees that our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the products ordered. Under no circumstances shall Nine N Half be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from shipping delays, carrier issues, lost packages, or delivery errors beyond our control.
